My goal is for you to feel comfortable from the moment you sit in my chair and confident when you leave it. I take every precaution to protect your clothing during color services. Color can occasionally find a way where it does not belong, so I recommend wearing something you would not mind getting a little color on, just in case. For added flexibility, I accept Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm, making it easier to split your service total into manageable payments. **Salon Policies** • A consultation is highly recommended for all new clients. This allows us to discuss your hair history, goals, maintenance preferences, and budget while making sure the correct service and amount of time are reserved for your appointment. • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee • Running late? Please text me as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure every client receives the time and attention reserved for them. • All sales are final. Refunds are not offered; however, if you have any concerns about your service, please reach out so I can determine whether a complimentary adjustment is appropriate.
